Ich bin ein großer Fan von Sex and the City, daher habe ich mir dieses Buch bestellt.Auch wenn das Buch auf Englisch ist, ist es sehr einfach zu verstehen, also auch geeignet für alle die nicht so fit sind in der Fremdsprache.Es gibt sehr viele Hintergrundinformationen zu der Serie und den Darstellerinnen, als Fand finde ich es toll auch mal "hinter die Kulissen" zu blicken.Außerdem ist das Buch voller toller Fotos der Serie, dem Dreh, den Darstelleringen usw..Für Fans ist das Buch ein Muss!! Beim Lesen habe ich teilweise genauso wie bei der Serie lachen müssen.Einen Stern abzug gibts jedoch für die leichten Knicke, die das Buch trotz sehr guter Behandlung leider schnell bekommen hat.
In diesem Buch zu stöbern macht fast soviel Spaß wie die Serie original zu sehen. Viele tolle Fotos führen einem noch einmal insbesondere Carries Outfits vor Augen. Die kleinen Kommentare von Schauspielern/Regisseuren/sonstigen Beteiligten geben oft ganz neue Einblicke und ergänzen Unerwartetes und Lustiges. Die Mini-Inhaltsangaben sind perfekt, falls man einmal nicht mehr weiß, was nun genau in welcher Folge passierte.Für jeden Fan ein absolut lohnenswerter Kauf.Einzig für die Qualität muss ich einen Stern abziehen: Nach einer Woche fiel das Buch schon auseinander. (Kleber nach ein paar Jahren einfach zu trocken?)
Ok, this book is a must-have for the every fun of the series. You can find here all the episodes, trivia, interviews with the stars and the outfits of the stars. It is really great to go through the book and learn how the series was made. There are as well short quotes written from the episodes. My favorite part, is the one with the pictures of the outfits of Carrie. But don’t worry there are as well ones from 3 other girls.
Als ein großer SATC Fan wollte ich mir unbedingt ein Fanbuch zulegen, um einen Rückblick zu verschaffen. Dieses Buch ist mit SEHR vielen Fotos gestaltet und ist angenehm zum Lesen. Ich habe die englische Version und finde, dass es verständlich ist, wenn man mittelmäßig gut oder Richtung beherrscht gut Englisch reden kann.Fazit:Ein Muss für alle Fans.

Ich bin ein großer Fan der Serie "Sex and the City" und bin von diesem Buch absolut begeistert. Es gibt Unmengen von phantastischen Photos aus der Serie, die sofort viele Erinnerungen an Szenen wecken, die mich zum Lachen oder auch zum Weinen gebracht haben. Zu jedem Charakter gibt es eine Menge Informationen (Biographie der Schauspieler, aber auch Infos zu der von ihnen gespielten Figur). Zu jeder Episode gibt es eine kurze Zusammenfassung und einen Kommentar von einem der Schauspieler, Writer, etc. (bis auf die letzten Folgen der sechsten Staffel). Man erhält Einblicke in die Appartments der vier Hauptfiguren, einen Styling-Guide mit Infos zu den einzelnen Kleidungsstücken, die Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda und Samantha im Laufe der Serie getragen haben. Ein Stadtplan von Manhattan illustriert, in welchen Locations einzelne Szenen gedreht wurden und vieles mehr.Ich habe dieses Buch einfach nicht mehr weglegen können. Auch jetzt noch blättere ich häufig darin und freue mich, auf diese Weise eine Dosis Sex and the City zu bekommen... Für jeden Fan dieser Serie ist das Buch ein absolutes Must have!
